Tldr
- There will be a presale offering from November 29th 08:00 AM(UTC)-November 29th 07:59 PM(UTC). Whitelisted users make purchases within these 12 hours.
- Public sale start on November 29th 08:00 PM(UTC)- December 1st 07:59 AM(UTC).
· 250,000 CDAO will be offered for sale
· Participants can only purchase their prorated share,each whitelist user can purchase up to 500 CDAO
· The offering price will be $2 per CDAO
· The pool will open at ~$4 with ~$50k liquidity
· The initial system will have only staking and bonds (no sales/purchases)

If someone is on the whitelist but does not purchase enough quota, his remaining quota will be divided equally among other users.
